I ordered on 2/1. Evri has had parcel since the early hours of 4/1. On 9/1 a customer service advisor apologised for this (not their fault that Evri are incompetent!) and offered a refund or NDD on a replacement. I chose refund. I heard nothing.Emailed again, then get a response saying they’ve contacted Evri and need to wait for the parcel back before issuing a refund. The parcel still hasn’t moved 2.5 days later. By this point I have bought a replacement gift and am £55 down.No replies to emails now.Please don’t buy from them until they sort out customer service!
