Oh, what a godsend! At 68 with a weight that creeped up to 200lbs, a lung issue that the lung specialist said I will have for the rest of my life and the feeling of being tired and weak, I was looking to lose some weight and to somehow strengthen my body. Though my coach is Dr Penelope, I have access to all the coaches if ever I have a question. Once I send a question someone of them will respond. The food suggestions replenish my body, the exercises provided for my success is created with eagle-eyed precision, targeting and strengthening specific muscles of the body. I have completed 16 weeks, lost 25 pounds and the lung issue (which is a huge bonus) is no longer there. Since my lung doctor has no explanation for it, I can only give credit to the Sculpt By Science team. It’s been a while since I’ve moved around with such agility. I am much stronger now and am beginning to see some contours on my body.With their steady hands on the pulse of this science, I have no doubt that my next 16 weeks will be satisfactory and would be too, for anyone joining this family.
