I have had a very productive experience with SBS and especially Dr. Payan.
Ever since joining them I have had a proper insight into the weight loss journey and how to manage my expectations, diet and exercise to sustain this as a life style.
You will have to do work yourself and they are not going to come to your house to ensure outcomes lol. But the guidance, the education their availability and knowledge about the process and how to switch gears and exactly when to do that is quite precise and medically backed and supported by science.
It is an investment in your self and if you believe you are not ready to commit then do not go for it because a lot of the burden of the plan and sticking to it will be all you that would be my two cents to anyone new joining.
Dr Kelsey is amazing. I am so happy to be working with such a thorough and caring panel of doctors. This program has really helped me tap in to the underlying triggers that have been holding back my Weightloss. They completed a thorough review of my medical history and lifestyle before designing a program that has already helped me to be 6lbs down in my 1st month. I see changes in my body composition, sleep and muscle mass already. Even beyond this program I will be using what I have learned to live a healthy lifestyle.

The team’s fantastic. We have a community that is very supportive towards each other. My goals were to get in the best shape of my life and I’m inching closer to that day by day dropping from 187 pounds to 160 in a matter of months. They’ve taught me healthy habits and how to get the best out of my nutrition. My coach Dr Mo gets on my ass quite a bit in a way that resonates with me. Seriously helps me stay accountable. Oh, what a godsend! At 68 with a weight that creeped up to 200lbs, a lung issue that the lung specialist said I will have for the rest of my life and the feeling of being tired and weak, I was looking to lose some weight and to somehow strengthen my body. Though my coach is Dr Penelope, I have access to all the coaches if ever I have a question. Once I send a question someone of them will respond. The food suggestions replenish my body, the exercises provided for my success is created with eagle-eyed precision, targeting and strengthening specific muscles of the body. I have completed 16 weeks, lost 25 pounds and the lung issue (which is a huge bonus) is no longer there. Since my lung doctor has no explanation for it, I can only give credit to the Sculpt By Science team. It’s been a while since I’ve moved around with such agility. I am much stronger now and am beginning to see some contours on my body.With their steady hands on the pulse of this science, I have no doubt that my next 16 weeks will be satisfactory and would be too, for anyone joining this family. I’ve been training and eating healthy for more than 15 years with nothing to show for it.
