I had the same experience. The bras I recieved were not acceptable, supportive or minimizing. The same day I received them I tried to start the return process. They initially offered me a 50% coupon to be used on their site. They increased this to 70%. What a scam! Why is this an acceptable option? I trusted that I was spending money with a legitimate company. I was wrong. The product was unsatisfactory. Providing a coupon to purchase another inferior product from this unethical company in unacceptable. These kinds of companies are why regulations are needed. They have no integrity, no values, no business sense. They clearly are a flash-in-the-pan company that will not survive, but they don't care. They are counting on customers who trust these companies. They spend minimal amounts on marketing, pay people to promote their products, and take advantage of people with integrity. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
