I wish I'd read reviews before purchasing, but I fell for all of the great social media advertising. I ordered about $110 in bras in different sizes, noting their "90-day Money-back Guarantee". I accidentally placed duplicate orders and emailed them within 5 minutes requesting that the duplicate order be cancelled. They responded promptly that this wasn't possible, which is ridiculous. Instead they offered 70% store credit. Thankfully I paid via Shop Pay in installments, and Shop Pay agreed that this is predatory and that they could have easily cancelled. Then the bras arrived, and they're paper thin with no coverage, and despite measuring carefully, even the largest size I ordered is way too small. After clicking to initiate a return, they're now saying that they offer only store credit. That is NOT a money-back guarantee! They also say their bras are made in the U.S., but they shipped from China. This company is a SCAM!!!
I took a chance and ordered the bras that came up on a social media feed, I should know better, but there was the option for a money back guarantee, or so I thought. Fast forward to the bras not fitting comfortably and requesting a return, I received a lengthy email stating that they only offer a 70% exchange and that after costly labels it is not cost effective to return the uncomfortable bras. What a scam.
This company is a SCAM and their return policy is a lie. I measured and ordered the size they specified and it did not fit. I am asking them for an EVEN exchange for the cotrect size and all they will offer is 70% to another purchase. Do not fall for the scam..
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The bra I received looks nothing like the one in the photos and was way too small. I don't know where it came from. I didn't even bother to try to contact them about it. But don't waste your money. This is a huge scam!
BEWARE! This company is a SCAM! Shipment is lengthy. What you then actually receive is a bra that looks like it came from the dollar store. It is not worthy to even donate. It is literal trash. Company advertises a 90-day return policy. Good luck in even getting a response from the company. If you eventually do, they will inevitably tell you that you are not eligible for a return…no further explanation as to why. They will then block you from their social media, as if they don’t exist anymore. Please report this company to the Better Business Bureau. SCULPTD CLOTHING IS A SCAM!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CRAPPY AND THEIR RETURN POLICY IS EVEN WORSE.
I ordered 2 bras and neither offered enough support. They are made of thin, cheap material and turn your chest into a uniboob.
Their return policy and customer service is ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING. The bras meet all of their return requirements but they refuse to let me return them for a refund. They offered me a lousy 50% store credit that I do not want. I have gone back and forth several times and they are no help at all.

Although Sculptd Clothing's website say they have a 90 Money Back Guarantee, they will not, under any circumstances, refund your money. They initially offer a 50% store credit. If you refuse the credit, they will offer a 70% store credit. And that is all they will do. Additionally, the website says "Made in USA". This is not true either. My bras were shipped from China, and took 3 weeks to arrive. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
Absolute scam company. Would give negative stars if possible! Sent the wrong items (which were poor quality to begin with) and of course they didn’t fit. When I asked about a refund, all they would offer is a 50% or 70% store credit. Their site says there’s a “90-day money-back guarantee” which is an outright lie. Scam, fraudulent and thieves! Beware!
