If I could rate this a zero, I would. I placed a single order and did NOT authorize any future charges or sign up for a subscription. The following month, my card was charged without my consent. I reached out to the support team to refuse the order and clarify that I do not want a subscription. Eight days later, I’m still dealing with them, and they keep saying they'll look into it. They have yet to cancel the order, the so-called subscription, ship the product, or issue a refund. I had to lock my card to stop them from charging me! They are nothing short of dishonest! 🤬 Stay away at all costs! Their product is ineffective anyway!!! 😡
