Firstly, I've had no results with this product. Secondly, I had no idea I was put on auto subscription, and even though I have emailed them to cancel, and stop charging me, they attempt to continue charging my card. I immediately reduced the funds in my bank so they were unable to charge me. I think the next step is cancel my card and get another one. So sorry for this impulse buy.

The service is deceptive and untrustworthy. After making a purchase, they repeatedly charge you for items you never requested. I had to contact my bank to cancel my card, as they would keep taking money from me otherwise. Why is no action being taken against this?

Confusing product marketing and billing issues

I ordered two different items that were advertised under different names, but the ingredients were the same. I attempted to cancel my order and got a confirmation, but I was still charged for another month. Now, I can't get in touch with anyone.

Extremely Frustrating Experience!

If I could rate this a zero, I would. I placed a single order and did NOT authorize any future charges or sign up for a subscription. The following month, my card was charged without my consent. I reached out to the support team to refuse the order and clarify that I do not want a subscription. Eight days later, I’m still dealing with them, and they keep saying they'll look into it. They have yet to cancel the order, the so-called subscription, ship the product, or issue a refund. I had to lock my card to stop them from charging me! They are nothing short of dishonest! 🤬 Stay away at all costs! Their product is ineffective anyway!!! 😡

I ordered three bottles that took three weeks to arrive. Then, without my consent, they sent another bottle and charged me for it. I had to change my card to stop further theft. A group of thieves, and they don't respond to messages.

I ordered 3 bottles that took 3 weeks to arrive. Then, without my consent, they sent me an additional bottle and charged my account. I had to change my card to prevent further unauthorized transactions. Very disappointing service; they don’t even reply to messages.

I would rate this service with zero stars if possible! It feels like a scam; I've sent multiple emails requesting to cancel my subscription, which I never agreed to in the first place. I've received no response, and this marks the fourth time I've been charged!
