Terrible experience. I ordered some silver and was unexpectedly called out of town. I asked for the shipping to be delayed until I could get back. I asked twice by email and never received a response. They sent it anyway. They wanted 30 dollars to reship. When I called to pay the new shipping I was put on hold. It was to long of a wait so I wrote an email telling them their customer service was terrible. They cancelled the order and charged me 300 dollars. I never did receive any reply..Never do business again with them. SD bullion you suck
