The nominal credit suggests they don't value long-term customer relationships proportionate to actual business conducted.Failed Christian Business Ethics The owner promotes his Christian faith, including sending Scripture verses with shipments—something I appreciated as a fellow believer. However, when I requested he reach out personally to resolve these recurring issues, I've received no response for over a week. This disconnect between professed values and actual business practices is deeply disappointing. Christian business principles should mean going above and beyond in customer care, not avoiding accountability.Bottom Line For new customers seeking competitive prices, SD Bullion may seem attractive. However, their handling of issues, quality control, and customer service recovery leaves much to be desired.
