Is this company genuine or a scam? I ordered 5 soaps and a sponge but only received 1 soap. Order status says delivered which is incorrect as several items are missing .Very disappointed! Beware!!
Wish I’d have read reviews before buying this off bloody TikTok. Order hasn’t arrived or updated on the shop website. I have sent multiple emails, messages direct on the website and even TikTok and no reply. Gutted really as I was looking forward to trying it Will stick to champos.
Ordered over a month ago, chased and chased and eventually got an email saying another one will be sent. ….. it hasn’t. Really struggling to get my money back and they don’t reply to emails. The instagram messager is AI. And not responding to TikTok.

Beforehand, I had trouble receiving my package and contacted customer service immediately. They responded quickly and sent me another order free of charge. I'm thrilled that there were no hassles or complications, and my order arrived safe and sound!
Ordered on 27th October and today is the 11th November My purchase has not arrived. Really disappointed as a first time buyer. Communication has been good but no compensation for the inconvenience has been offered. I hope when my products arrive I have a positive verdict so this business can redeem itself but right now I’m not sure I’ll be a returning customer.
First of all, I never received my order. I sent an email last Sunday and received a reply stating that the order would be resent and that I’d get a new tracking number — but that never happened. I then sent another email asking for an update and mentioned that if you’re unable to fulfill your part, I’d like a refund. So far, I haven’t received any response.
