I have been adding the gel into my coffee or just taking it on its own for a week now. I have also used the gel as a face mask for the last two days. Although I am not feeling anymore energised (yet), the skin on my face looks and feels amazing. It is super soft and looks like I have had an expensive facial! I will defo purchase again.
