This company engages in extremely deceptive and unethical practices. They lure customers in with large discount offers, then quietly save your credit card information and enroll you into a yearly subscription (USD $95) without your consent. Your card details remain stored in their system, allowing them to charge your card at any time without authorization.They also do not send purchase receipts, email confirmations, or any record of the charges. To make matters worse, they hide the cancellation option and Purchase Record behind an “Upgrade Now” button instead of offering a clear and accessible “Manage Subscription” link. These behaviors are deliberately misleading and dishonest.After emailing their customer service to request a refund for the unauthorized transactions, they did not respond. I even emailed a warning giving them 48 hours to issue a refund, but it has now been a week with no reply.Because of their complete lack of response, I had no choice but to go through my bank and dispute the charges — which wasted three hours of my time.The founder and CEO, Ma Fei (from China), should ensure that he runs this company with proper transparency and ethical standards. The current practices are unacceptable and harm customers.
