I was befriended by seacret agents while I was traveling solo on vacation. I let my guard down and although these people “seemed” friendly, they only wanted my money and (their words) my contacts. They were cultish and tried to convince me of experiences and products that I hadn’t even gotten to tangibly see yet. They kept saying stuff like they just blindly bought the largest package without knowing anything about anything.. like, how smart is that, seriously. I decided to try due to getting the vacation voucher immediately. I got a $600 package. There were hardly any options, extra pay for anywhere halfway decent, no cruises, and most locations were their timeshares. Then the products that came were missing some. I got an email for $20 off of something and told to wait for the missing product to be back in stock. It was horrible so I cancelled by phone and email. I paid to ship the product back, and was offered a partial refund, and was shipped another product on top of that. I’m super upset by now. I had to contact them by phone and email too many times. They didn’t notice that they didn’t initially ship everything, and charged me for product I never received. They’re supposed to refund me, but I’ve yet to see it, and when I logged back in, it said they were going to “renew” my membership! Like, how? They are scammers and the people who really buy into it are cult like weirdos.Update: The response they gave in reference to my refund, is that they charge a restocking fee and shipping fees. A restocking fee on partially sent products ? And I paid the shipping! This company is a SCAM! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE MONEY, TIME, ENERGY, EFFORT AND PEACE.
