Review Time
I was befriended by seacret agents while I was traveling solo on vacation. I let my guard down and although these people “seemed” friendly, they only wanted my money and (their words) my contacts. They were cultish and tried to convince me of experiences and products that I hadn’t even gotten to tangibly see yet. They kept saying stuff like they just blindly bought the largest package without knowing anything about anything.. like, how smart is that, seriously. I decided to try due to getting the vacation voucher immediately. I got a $600 package. There were hardly any options, extra pay for anywhere halfway decent, no cruises, and most locations were their timeshares. Then the products that came were missing some. I got an email for $20 off of something and told to wait for the missing product to be back in stock. It was horrible so I cancelled by phone and email. I paid to ship the product back, and was offered a partial refund, and was shipped another product on top of that. I’m super upset by now. I had to contact them by phone and email too many times. They didn’t notice that they didn’t initially ship everything, and charged me for product I never received. They’re supposed to refund me, but I’ve yet to see it, and when I logged back in, it said they were going to “renew” my membership! Like, how? They are scammers and the people who really buy into it are cult like weirdos.Update: The response they gave in reference to my refund, is that they charge a restocking fee and shipping fees. A restocking fee on partially sent products ? And I paid the shipping! This company is a SCAM! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE MONEY, TIME, ENERGY, EFFORT AND PEACE.
I have wright to claim and activate the voucher. But never happened. I called them 4-5 times, I stay on the phone for few hours, but nothing happened. There duty is to provide me with paid voucher.I lost my money, which I paid to them. I'm unhappy that Seacret Direct took my money and did not do whatis written in the contract, that I have the right to a voucher.There goal is just to take the money! I feel cheated because I gave my money for nothing, you took it, and I got a big nothing.Disgusting and unprofessional business.I was talking with Linh Nguyen, Moorabin.She is not helpful a toll. When I lost mu patience and want to cancel, she was very happy to do this.Keep the money, keep the voucer!
It makes since why Seacret Fitness Club didn't care to offer the program I paid for and never received. Fortunately my friend who brought me into and was surprised and felt bad about what happen. See the following review that I posted on TripAdvisor:Inspired by a friend who is in the this field excitedly I applied and paid online a few days before the program was to begin, March 5th. I received a receipt confirmation but no link to the program. Waited a few days still nothing. March 8th Seacret sent an email that my package is on the way. I thought, well I guess the link will be included. A few days later I received the box (see pic attached). Still no link, in fact not even a piece of paper describing what I received. My friend reached out to Seacret on my behalf. Seacret suggested I check my spam. It is awful funny that I received everything else but I should check spam for the workout program that should have arrived the moment Seacret received my full payment? I'm excluding a few correspondences but the final was when Seacret emailed me my options for the program, stay for the next one in April (in a few days) or a refund. Obviously I opted for the refund. I never heard back from them after that. My friend reached back out to Seacret and they told her I have to send back the crap they sent me first. I said sure no problem. Can they send me a shipping label. Nope, I had to pay for the return and ship it myself. I shipped it back and to this day no confirmation from Seacret that they received their crap back. Just sad and unfortunate. They offered nothing for the inconvenience or to at least try to keep me as a customer. When it comes to working out you have to catch people where they are at. The customer treatment that Seacret exhibited throughout this entire process is very disappointing. You can thwart a person's attempt at a healthy life or slow it down. Sad.
This company is awful! They took money from my bank account for fees without permission or warning! I called their head office and was told i would have it back in 10 business days, it's been almost a month, still no money, just lots of excuses even went so far as to blame to government and covid!! Do NOT trust this company with your bank or credit card info, they will use it without you knowing and keep your money!!
I called up the helpline to cancel my Club Seacret account. I am called the Arizona helpline number (USA) from the UK which costs a lot. I did this twice for around an hour and was told that to cancel I need to send an email with my details and signature handwritten. I have also requested a refund since I had only been a member for 5 days. This was on Monday 15th in the afternoon. I was told on the call that it would take 3 business days to respond. It is now Thursday 18th March in the evening and there has been no response.
vorrei fare sapere a tutti di non fidarsi di questa Azienda chiamata Seacret , io faccio parte del gruppo di 100 persone che siamo state truffate da questa Seacret poichè ho acquistato un pacco di prodotti chiamato "Have it ALL" il 20 dicembre 2020 contenente diversi prodotti dal costo di 1100,00 dollari che con le spese di spedizione mi è costato 1380.16 dollari pagati con carta di credito e ad oggi 16 marzo 2021 non ho mai ricevuto nulla . Ho scritto decine di e-mail chiedendo il rimborso ma non mi hanno mai dato risposta. Consiglio a tutti di non lavorare mai con questa azienda sono dei ladri, dei disonesti, non tengono in considerazione che abbiamo investito cifre notevoli con la speranza di avere un lavoro e invece ci hanno messo nei guai. Azienda che non merita nemmeno una stella . Sono da denunciare perchè non rispettano il codice delle vendite on line. Dopo svariate mail mi rispondono che non mi posso rimborsare perchè non ho rimandato indietro il pacco. Ma disonesti che siete come faccio a rimandarvi il pacco se non l'ho mai ricevuto ed è bloccato in dogana a Roma? Dovete chiedere voi al corriere di farvelo tornare indietro,Azienda scorretta su tanti aspetti. per darti le provviggioni ogni 4 settimane devi fare un acquisto di 100 euro altrimenti non sei agente attivo e ti tolgono le provviggioni che hai maturato. quindi devi continuamente fare acquisti.Non lavorate con loro perchè vi rovinate.I would like to let everyone know not to trust this company called Seacret, I am part of the group of 100 people who have been scammed by this Seacret because I bought a package of products called "Have it ALL" on December 20, 2020 containing different products from cost of 1100.00 dollars which with the shipping costs cost me 1380.16 dollars paid by credit card and as of today March 16, 2021 I have never received anything. But dishonest that you are how can I return the package if I have never received it and it is blocked at customs in Rome? You have to ask the courier to get it back,Incorrect company on many aspects. to give you commissions every 4 weeks you have to make a purchase of 100 euros otherwise you are not an active agent and they take away the commissions you have accrued. so you have to constantly shop. Don't work with them because you ruin yourself.
