I called up the helpline to cancel my Club Seacret account. I am called the Arizona helpline number (USA) from the UK which costs a lot. I did this twice for around an hour and was told that to cancel I need to send an email with my details and signature handwritten. I have also requested a refund since I had only been a member for 5 days. This was on Monday 15th in the afternoon. I was told on the call that it would take 3 business days to respond. It is now Thursday 18th March in the evening and there has been no response.
