I ordered a swimsuit, and when it arrived a few weeks later, it was poor quality and too small. I followed the instructions for a return authorization and had to email three times before I got a response. The response was to try to offer me a refund of six dollars And for me to keep the unwanted suit that I had spent $40 on. After several other emails telling them that this was unacceptable, they said their final offer was a 50% refund and told me that we “needed to take a step back from each other”. Against my principles, but knowing I would never do any better, I agreed to the 50% refund. That has been a couple of weeks ago and I have seen no refund or correspondence as of yet. I will not buy from them again.
