Review Time
I ordered 2 bras in the same size. One was the incorrect size, and the other did not fit. Customer service is just AI generated garbage. The return policy is ridiculous, and there’s really no way to get your money back. Huge scam.
I ordered two bras from this company spent $60 on them plus shipping that was a month and a half ago and I still have not received my orders they say they were delivered I work from home so I always get deliveries very quickly. I think they lie they cheat and they steal from what I've seen in other reviews
This is surprising but I just got my suit and it fits perfectly. I did measure myself and use their chart on what size to get. Normally I would take a 10 or 12 and it showed that I needed a 14 so that's what I got. I can't speak to the longevity of the suit cuz I haven't worn it yet but it fits perfectly and there's a nice little bra like insert in the top. Very good price. I do have to say that I wanted to cancel after I read the reviews because I had bought the suit before reading the reviews. So I tried to do so fearing that I would have all kinds of problems and a suit that didn't fit. I canceled by email before the 24-hour period but they told me that they'd already shipped which I think is a lie. However, I like my suit, it fits, and I certainly didn't mind the price. So my advice is make sure you measure yourself.
This is the worst company ever to buy from. They don't want to take back your return if it doesn't fit. I went back and forth with them for days. Finally accepting 50% return of what I paid for the product..minus their shopping cost!! It is a totally ridiculous company!!! Don't buy there!!!
DO NOT order from this company. Despite what their website says there is no way to return merchandise, they will never answer you to give RA (per their instructions of how to handle refund) and their products are garbage so you will definitely want to return.
I ordered a swimsuit, and when it arrived a few weeks later, it was poor quality and too small. I followed the instructions for a return authorization and had to email three times before I got a response. The response was to try to offer me a refund of six dollars And for me to keep the unwanted suit that I had spent $40 on. After several other emails telling them that this was unacceptable, they said their final offer was a 50% refund and told me that we “needed to take a step back from each other”. Against my principles, but knowing I would never do any better, I agreed to the 50% refund. That has been a couple of weeks ago and I have seen no refund or correspondence as of yet. I will not buy from them again.
