I purchased two merino wool shirts, but when I tried one on after washing, my finger went straight through the fabric. I contacted the company with a photo of the damage and requested a replacement as per their warranty, but they only offered me a discount on another purchase. I found it illogical to buy another item when the first one had quality issues. Their lack of customer service in addressing this problem is incredibly disappointing.
