After wearing it a few times, I noticed a feather poking out, contradicting their claims about insulation. When I contacted the company, they confirmed it was indeed a down jacket, which was unexpected given their marketing. I discovered that they have not posted any new reviews in the past six months, which feels suspicious, especially since they seem to be hiding negative feedback. This has been my most disappointing purchase, and I fear I may have been misled about other items as well.
