Disappointing and poorly managed. Our stay was impacted by several avoidable issues, the most concerning part was the last minute change to my booking, which forced me to adjust plans under pressure. The alternative provided did not meet the expected quality, especiallly in terms of cleanliness and general upkeep. It felt very different from what had been advertised.I also experienced delays in communication, with long gaps between responses and little clarity on solutions while the situations was eventually addressed to some extent, the overall handling left a lot to be desired. I would advise future guests to proceed with caution.
