Disappointing and poorly managed. Our stay was impacted by several avoidable issues, the most concerning part was the last minute change to my booking, which forced me to adjust plans under pressure. The alternative provided did not meet the expected quality, especiallly in terms of cleanliness and general upkeep. It felt very different from what had been advertised.
I also experienced delays in communication, with long gaps between responses and little clarity on solutions while the situations was eventually addressed to some extent, the overall handling left a lot to be desired. I would advise future guests to proceed with caution.
Very disappointing experience from start to finish. We had initially booked through a well-known platform, but were later contacted and encouraged to complete the payment directly. We agreed, thinking it would be smoother, but that turned out to be a mistake. A few days before our trip, the original accommodation was no longer available and we were offeref an alternative at an extra cost. The property we received did not match the description at all cleanlines was below standard, and several amenities listed were either missing or not functional.
Communication was slow and often unhelpful, requiring repeated follow-ups while a partial compensation was eventually offered, it did not reflect the inconvenience and additional costs we incurred. Overall, not a reliable service. I would strongly recommend keeping bookings within trusted platforms

A frustrating and avoidable situation. Our experience was far from what we expected. After booking months in advance, we were informed less than a week before arrival that our reservation could not be honored. We were then encouraged to proceed outside the original booking platform for an alternative option, which already felt questionable. The replacement property did not meet the advertised standards, visible maintenance issues, poor cleaning, and missing basic amenities.The most concerning part was the lack of clear communication. Responses were delayed, and solutions were vague at best. The situation could have been handled much better, I would advise other to be cautious
