A frustrating and avoidable situation. Our experience was far from what we expected. After booking months in advance, we were informed less than a week before arrival that our reservation could not be honored. We were then encouraged to proceed outside the original booking platform for an alternative option, which already felt questionable. The replacement property did not meet the advertised standards, visible maintenance issues, poor cleaning, and missing basic amenities.The most concerning part was the lack of clear communication. Responses were delayed, and solutions were vague at best. The situation could have been handled much better, I would advise other to be cautious
