Very disappointing experience from start to finish. We had initially booked through a well-known platform, but were later contacted and encouraged to complete the payment directly. We agreed, thinking it would be smoother, but that turned out to be a mistake. A few days before our trip, the original accommodation was no longer available and we were offeref an alternative at an extra cost. The property we received did not match the description at all cleanlines was below standard, and several amenities listed were either missing or not functional.
Communication was slow and often unhelpful, requiring repeated follow-ups while a partial compensation was eventually offered, it did not reflect the inconvenience and additional costs we incurred. Overall, not a reliable service. I would strongly recommend keeping bookings within trusted platforms
