Information on the platform is poor, so we only used our account paid for a year for the first few months, then we migrated to a new provider with much better data.The surprise came a year after when our subscription was renewed without notice. We contacted them immediately asking for a refund, but they refused the refund and forcedly argued the subscription should be kept for another year because we haven't notified them 60 days before renewal.We run a SaaS business too, and this kind of trick is against any good business practice. No notification about the renewal, no communication whatsoever, and not even a payment confirmation (our finance dept. highlighted the problem).Trying to keep your ex. customers captive to make a buck without providing any value is not how you build, so we would not recommend anyone to use Seamless. Other tools out there know how to treat a customer, even a former one.
