I've held two seats with the service for several years without issues, but my recent experience with customer support has been extremely disappointing. A few months ago, I encountered a billing problem that has lingered for far too long. It's frustrating that I can't call customer service or billing directly; I'm forced to communicate via email, which is absurd. I have repeatedly shown proof that my payments were made, yet they persist in trying to charge an account that I only fund when payments are due for security reasons. The representatives were unhelpful and claimed they had already discussed the matter with me, despite this particular representative clearly not reviewing previous communications or the evidence I provided multiple times. Daily, they attempt to charge my card, despite my clear evidence of no outstanding balance. Eventually, a representative called me and acknowledged that I didn't owe anything after reviewing my proof, but she failed to follow up as promised. Instead, they attempted to charge me again. I've asked multiple times for information on when my contract ends so I can cancel, but I've received no response. I officially informed them of my intent to cancel my subscription, as my contacts have disliked this lead generator due to its setup. I plan to switch to a competitor that offers better service. This company has been a nightmare in terms of resolving any issues, and I strongly advise others to steer clear.
While the service might have some benefits, the company's convoluted cancellation process is a clear indication of their lack of respect for customers.
