Zero customer service. Zero. I was told 6 weeks to fit out our new build. 14 months later and still have a window that wont shut. Ben was our sales man, he can sell, but your on your own omce the money goes throu. Ive lost count of how many phone calls ive made, reception are rude on the phone, someone will call you back. No call is coming in can assure you, im shocked at just how bad the service is, 2026 and still they aren't finished are they just ignoring your calls, I wish id read the reviews, Mostly the products are ok but they will come and fit once and God help you if theres anything wrong because they wont be back.
