I was told 6 weeks to fit out our new build. 14 months later and still have a window that wont shut.
Ben was our sales man, he can sell, but your on your own omce the money goes throu. Ive lost count of how many phone calls ive made, reception are rude on the phone, someone will call you back. No call is coming in can assure you, im shocked at just how bad the service is, 2026 and still they aren't finished are they just ignoring your calls, I wish id read the reviews,
Mostly the products are ok but they will come and fit once and God help you if theres anything wrong because they wont be back.

I recently ordered replacement windows and doors for our home. All were delivered and installed within our expected timeframe. We did however have an issue with one of the doors after installation. The repair team were out to us promptly and resolved the issue . Overall we are happy with service we received
Really impressed with the time given to us and the expert advice on making our choices. So much experience in the field and it took so much stress out of it for us. Finished product was exactly what we wanted and we're constantly getting compliments on the door and windows since! Thank you to all the team - would highly recommend!!
Stay away from this company I got a slider door off them which it now starting to rot it's not on the track probably contact them in February they couldn't find my order. It took until the end of June for them to come out after 100s of calls to have a look at it 2 months later no one has gotten back to me about it. Again after many calls no one can ever answer my calls. Customer service is shocking and rude
Overall the windows are lovely but the back door glazing was incorrect. Issue was reported before the door was even fitted. I was told it's an easy fix. 3 months later I'm still waiting. Sent over 50 emails and many phone calls. Someone finally arrived but with the wrong glazing again. Try as a might , I just can't get anyone to respond. Very poor customer service.
I rarely write reviews, but I feel extremely let down by Sean Doyle Windows. I had my back door installed in March, only to discover it opens inward instead of outward — a mistake their own sales representative admitted was due to an internal error. They promised a replacement, but when the installer arrived in April, he couldn’t proceed because the frames hadn’t been correctly prepared.To make matters worse, I also reported an issue with my front door panel (moisture inside the double glazing), which the installer confirmed was a manufacturing fault that needed replacing. This, too, has not been resolved.What’s most frustrating is the total lack of communication. I’ve been calling their office for over three weeks, and every time I’m told the service department will call me back — no one ever does. I’m now stuck, unable to reinstall my alarm system due to the incorrect door, and the delay is both costly and stressful.This level of service is simply unacceptable. I expected better from a company with their reputation, and I hope they take accountability and resolve this soon.
