I rarely write reviews, but I feel extremely let down by Sean Doyle Windows. I had my back door installed in March, only to discover it opens inward instead of outward — a mistake their own sales representative admitted was due to an internal error. They promised a replacement, but when the installer arrived in April, he couldn’t proceed because the frames hadn’t been correctly prepared.To make matters worse, I also reported an issue with my front door panel (moisture inside the double glazing), which the installer confirmed was a manufacturing fault that needed replacing. This, too, has not been resolved.What’s most frustrating is the total lack of communication. I’ve been calling their office for over three weeks, and every time I’m told the service department will call me back — no one ever does. I’m now stuck, unable to reinstall my alarm system due to the incorrect door, and the delay is both costly and stressful.This level of service is simply unacceptable. I expected better from a company with their reputation, and I hope they take accountability and resolve this soon.
