The ordering process was easy. Helpful staff.The windows took twice as long to install as planned.The windows were of poor quality. The installers didnt mention a the faults though they were mostly very obvious. Gaskets missing or damaged. Scratches all over the hinges handles and frames. Damaged frame. One pain had to be replaced as it was faulty. Quality assurance failed.Requests for repair were ignored repeatedly. Minor repairs of poor quality were undertaken. New problems arose regularly each technician identified new issues.It took a solicitors letter to make the company respond and make progress with repairs but still one repair is outstanding and the request has been ignored again.
