Terrible company. After dumping 2 thousand hours into Sea of Thieves and easily £300+ on mirotransactions when xbox my account got hacked they do absolutely nothing to help you get your progress back. For a company that only has one thing going for them which is Sea of Thieves you would imagine they had some consideration for their customers that put their food on the table. I was a very dedicated player with no bad records and I was hoping to soon become a completionist. I was a insider and collected twitch drops all the way back from 2021. It is batheling that after providing the customer service with mighty stacks of evidence proving my claim they could care less and not even crack a statement longer than a sentence. If you want to play Sea of Thieves, go ahead. But I advise against buying cosmetics and getting too attached to your pirates. Along with what I have said above, in 2025 the company is providing to be very incompetent in managing its game. Season 17 is one of the worst seasons by opinions of many and more so than ever the people that once had love for this game would rather play other games as the content is uninspired and repetitive at best with little to no reward other than a cool hat or cutlass which is usually a re-skin of an already existing cosmetic. As things stand now Sea of Thieves wont last another 10 years and Rare wont last 5.
