Awful customer service.
I already have an account running with them and I signed up for a webinar where I used a different email address, I paid for the VIP experience but that was it so I could get the recording and they are charging me monthly. I have sent numerous emails and they will not repy, I message every day on Insta andi get an error message when I log in so can't cancel the subscription
