Awful customer service.
I already have an account running with them and I signed up for a webinar where I used a different email address, I paid for the VIP experience but that was it so I could get the recording and they are charging me monthly. I have sent numerous emails and they will not repy, I message every day on Insta andi get an error message when I log in so can't cancel the subscription
I really got duped into thinking they had something here, even liked the onboarding guy and time he spent with me, but then the real trouble started connecting just about anything to this crapola, buggy software, and then realized that 95% of the support is AI with very little human support, don't be fooled by their cheap price compared to ahrefs - this software is not ready for primetime.
