I encountered another issue yesterday with no one showing up. I had to call multiple numbers before finally reaching a representative who promised action. After several months of struggling with the service, I question their loyalty. If they can't fix the appliance, they should replace it, but it seems they are just out for profit. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.
