This company collaborates with unreliable third-party services that are frustrating to deal with. They take advantage of customers and impose a hefty restocking fee if you dare to request a return label. It's absurd. What has happened to your values, company?

Extremely Frustrated with Service

I experienced another no-show yesterday and had to call eight different numbers before reaching a representative. They mentioned that a technician would be sent out on Tuesday, January 20th, just to take three pictures for the upload before I receive my replacement. I was a loyal customer, paying for the service monthly, but I've been battling with the support team for three months now. Where is the loyalty from the company? They claim to replace appliances that can't be fixed, but it seems like they are just focused on making money. I strongly advise against doing business with this service; it's all talk and no action. I'm very disappointed.

Avoid Wasting Your Money

The warranty offered by this company for home appliances is severely lacking. We regret spending our money on it. We plan to invest wisely and seek repairs elsewhere in the future. Most technicians seem incompetent and dishonest. A technician called but hung up before my husband could answer, then texted claiming he missed us. This was their second attempt for the same issue, and he never even arrived. We have cameras, and none captured him. My husband took a day off work for this. Additionally, reaching a supervisor is impossible; all issues are handled through automated messages. I am filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities due to our ongoing payments without resolution. Do not trust this warranty; it's a scam.

We've faced multiple issues with our washer over the past couple of years. Appointments were repeatedly canceled, and when my family tried to reach out, they could only speak to automated systems. Eventually, they came to 'fix' it, but the problem persisted. The washer was making loud noises again, and we discovered a crucial part was missing. After weeks of handwashing clothes, we decided to purchase a new washer elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointed with Service

Honestly, I wouldn't give this service any stars! They canceled three appointments before finally sending someone out. After diagnosing the issue, I received the part quickly, but I've been waiting two months for them to return and fix my refrigerator. Today marked the fifth cancellation. I called a different service, and they are delivering a new refrigerator within a week. I can't believe I endured this for two months!

Microwave Repair Nightmare

Since September, my microwave oven, which is under warranty, hasn't been repaired. After several repairmen visits, I was informed that the necessary parts are no longer available. The warranty states they would replace it, but they have yet to fulfill that promise. I was told I would receive a check, but that hasn't happened either. How much longer must I wait? They even tried to sell me additional insurance for other appliances, which I declined, as all I want is a resolution for my microwave.

Disappointing Experience with Warranty Program

This is the second claim I've had with this warranty program this year. My dryer broke down earlier, and now it's happened again. I scheduled appointments online, only to receive messages about cancellations due to staffing issues. I spoke to a representative who suggested scheduling directly with an agent, as their system isn't always accurate. I've already paid my deductible but now have to wait another two weeks for service, just like before. Customers shouldn't have to pay upfront for unreliable service.

Terrible Service Experience

This has to be the worst service I've ever encountered. I had to coax them into coming out to fix my stove after purchasing parts myself. When they finally arrived, I ended up assisting the technician. He seemed eager to leave and didn’t properly fix the issue. I've been trying to reach someone since then, but there's been no response. We spent nearly $1000 on this service; we could have bought a new stove instead. I would never use this service again.

Never Using This Service Again

I regret spending $1500 to fix my washer and dryer, only for my dryer to break down again. The technician either lied about fixing it or simply didn't listen to my complaints. It took six weeks for them to address the issue, and now I'm without a dryer again. They refuse to compensate me and continue to charge me. They don't even deserve one star.
