I scheduled appointments online, only to receive messages about cancellations due to staffing issues. I spoke to a representative who suggested scheduling directly with an agent, as their system isn't always accurate. I've already paid my deductible but now have to wait another two weeks for service, just like before. Customers shouldn't have to pay upfront for unreliable service.
