If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered a dishwasher in August and paid for them to deliver and install it. They never showed up. When I called they informed me that the dishwasher was sold out and that is why they cancelled the delivery. They never contacted me to tell me this however. I ordered one that they assured me was in stock but again they never showed up. I contacted them and they told me they could deliver it but they didn't have an installer available to install it. They would follow up in 72 hours. They did follow up and told me they were still having trouble getting installers and didn't know when one would be available! I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. It's now the end of November and I still don't have my refund. I have contacted them several times to find out where it is and each time get a different answer. First they told me they were sorry it didn't get processed and they would issue it immediately. They refunded me $20. Second time, I was told it was sent to the "delivery team" and she would follow up and get back to me in 48 hours by email. They did this and said the refund was processed and I would have the credit in 7 to 10 working days. It has been 10. I contacted them again today and they told me the team was still working on the refund. When I pushed I was told it was never processed due to a TECHNICAL GLITCH. Now they want 72 hours to process it! My advice is to NEVER use Sears. They have horrible customer service. I ended up ordering my dishwasher from Lowes, cost me a little bit more, but at least I have a delivered and installed dishwasher!!
