Absolutely terrible experience! I had a services person to my house and a $620 part was ordered. SEARS then canceled the order without notifying us. We have been waiting 2 months for a refund. We were told we would have it in 30 days. There were absolutely no accommodations made to make up for the money lost or time waisted. Also, good luck figuring out the combination to talk to a real person when calling the customer service line!!
