I made an appointment with sears for a technician to come for a diagnostic check on my Refrigerator that is not cooling and Freezing. The technician came in opened it and that was the diagnosis. Said there could be one of 2 problems. It was not plugged into a device, did not look at the back of it . This cost me $109 to have a conversation that could have been done over the phone .l called to ask whether this is how they run their diagnostic was given the runaround and asked to book another technician for another $109 if l did not get what l needed. Asked for a manager who was too busy to talk to me . I feel like l paid to have a conversation and l still don’t know what is wrong with my refrigerator. I Don’t recommend Sears appliances Services.
