I experienced another no-show yesterday and had to call eight different numbers before reaching a representative. They mentioned that a technician would be sent out on Tuesday, January 20th, just to take three pictures for the upload before I receive my replacement. I was a loyal customer, paying for the service monthly, but I've been battling with the support team for three months now. Where is the loyalty from the company? They claim to replace appliances that can't be fixed, but it seems like they are just focused on making money. I strongly advise against doing business with this service; it's all talk and no action. I'm very disappointed.
