worse service ever. you can not talk to a human and the AI services do not help at all. tech repair people don't show up, requested parts never arrive, and 80% of time the repairs are not done right. parts requested by tech personal, are never order by Sears. the only time you will hear a human at sears is when they call you to sell you a new plan. MY EXPERIENCE is not just one visit, but more than a dozen of cancel and attended visits.
