This company is very difficult My refrigerator been out over a week now, waiting on parts it took 2 days for the parts. The guy said call if the parts come in earlier. I did but couldn't get a live person but a robot that says the samething over and over.
Today they came to fix my refrigerator it stop working less than 30 minutes of tech leaving . After waiting over a week. Now I have to wait longer because they want me to do a virtual appointment. Next week Im not no mechanic! to trouble shoot on my phone the problem that they need to come out and fix my refrigerator. You cant talk to a human because they use robots for people to people communication and clarity.
Im very dissatisfied and heart broken. I dont do review but this is unfair treatment.
