Robert damaged my drywall during the appointment. He removed a small amount of lint from the dryer and then left. My dry still does not work well and now there is damage to my wall.
During the appointment he decided to lean and sit heavily on my wall which caused the drywall nails to pop through and make holes in my wall and expose the screws. When I brought this to his attention he did not say anything. I asked for a business card with his information and he provided me a generic Sears card.
He removed a small amount of lint from the dryer and left. The service did not solve this issue.
