Tried to purchase tickets on this website during a pre-sale. There were multiple different screens on which I had to enter my information, the final of which was a screen that would send a 4-digit code to my phone. The code was never sent to my phone and I missed out on my opportunity to purchase the tickets.When I reached out to customer service I received a generic form response that made it clear the support person hadn't even really read my email.I really hope this company dies out soon so I don't have to be forced to purchase tickets through their crappy system again.
