I don’t follow many artists

I don’t follow many artists, which thankfully, with Seated, means I am not bothered by notices for other artists. I rarely get messages, but when I do, I want them. This is respectful and positive. 👍👍

Simple and to the point

Simple and to the point, no bs, you just put your email, location, radius, and define a list of artists to track. Announcements have been very timely so far and ahead of pre-sale. I put my radius to the max so I also get notifications for cities that might be a day-trip away. Works like a charm!

Wow what a service.. Totally Useless website

Wow what a service. I just recived at mail from seated that Bruno Mars is coming to Europe. Unfortunately ticket sale started this morning and everything is sold out. Thank you Seated.com for notify me on a concerts I cant participate in.

I love getting emails and texts!

I love getting emails and texts every time one of my favorite bands is coming around. I live in Vermont and we don’t have any big concert venues in the state so it doesn’t not get advertised locally. I love how I can subscribe to multiple states and get alerted right away so I can get my tickets before they sell out. Thank you seated!

Please Avoid Using Seated.com

Purchased tickets for an event. This event came with VIP access to the artist. I signed up, Seated.com gladly took my money, and did nothing to provide me with VIP access. Reached out to support, and did not receive any support. That means Seated.com avoided assisting me. I will not use Seated.com anymore. Please stop sending me your junk email. I will continue to tell as many as I can to not use Seated.com. Too risky.

Refund processed with ease!

I bought tickets for an out of state show and had to cancel, I missed the refund deadline by one day. I worked with Danna and she quickly processed my request and approved my refund. Very grateful!
