Purchased tickets for my kids and their mother while out of town on business. Their flight came in a little late to arrive to the event on time. But when they arrived to the event the tickets which I transferred over to her did not work. She was receiving an error message each time she clicked on the access ticket icon that took transferred over to Ticketmaster app that came up invalid. Long story short she had to purchase tickets at the boxes office window.
Hence after finding this out I tried getting the tickets refunded and or some other option but an AI response from their online support service. And the number went to a voicemail and or hung up directly after a pickup.
Would not recommend this ticket service to anyone one.
