I paid 500 euros as down payment while ordering a sofa, they promised within 6 months my sofa will be delivered, I waited almost 9 months to get pickup my sofa from the store. Once I visited stored they mentioned your sofa is ready now you can pay the remaining amount. I believed their words and I paid 1 month installment like 325 euro and they enrolled in their system, after that they gave me shock that one part is missing out of 4. This really frustrating me that they made me to pay the money after that they informed 1 part is missing now you need to wait until it arrives the store meanwhile you allowed to pay the upcoming payments for 2 months otherwise there will be penalty. They are very rude that we can’t help it it and we dono when you will get the remaining parts but you need to pay the amount. I was totally scammed and treated very rude you can’t escape you should pay otherwise you will face consequences. I wish please don’t vist the store anymore they will talk nicely to make an order once you make order they will threaten. Even womens staff they also big scammer they will use womens card and threaten you. I faced many discrimination no supports always fake promises and lies fully ruthless rowdies in the store it’s not safe to visit if you are innocent
