We bought a sofa over 2 years ago initaly it was delivered way later than promised. Then after a few months of light usage the fabric started to rip apart. We had to return the sofe ourselfs and they said they will fix it in a couple of weeks. We never heard anything from them after few months we went back and they lost our sofa becouse a system issue. They never want to help an already paid customer so you always have to raise your voice and accidently the backoffice can help right away... After long discussion they re-ordered our sofa and promised that they deliver it free. Long behold the sofa is ready they call me that I have to pick it up within two days. I had to go back to the office, I asked why don't keep their promise and they kept telling I have to pay or pick it up myself. After an hour long intense discussion they can deliver it for free. let's see if they will keep their promise.
