What a disaster, we waited 5 month before our seat and sofa was delivered, after 3 month we entered a service/claim request, 2 months later a service men came by, 2 months later again with no solution. Now they told me the goods have to be returned to the manufacturer, at my cost, expected delivery time 3 months minimum and then I get the same problems again. This all happened with dozens of emails, phone calls without result. Proposals like money back, replace with another, repair at home is not acceptable to them
