I got my sofa delivered on 19/07/2025 with a surprise of broken bed part and a torn armrest. When informed seats and sofas about the damage, I was told I had to wait till service day which is on 18 Aug and I kept waiting. And today is 1st Sep and still I don't have a single update about the date when the broken parts are going to be delivered. And I have sent a lot of mails and I got no response of any of them. Its a biggest mistake I made purchase at Seats & Sofas and this will be my first and last time buying anything from there. The way they are handling the after sale issues and waiting timelines is very frustrating. I see you are a posting a generic reply to every review to reach out via the email addrress of the branch. So to verify if you are really reading the review... I already sent 3 mails since the sofa got delivered with all the details you are pretending to collect and I shared my order number in this same form, with which you can fetch all my details including the phone number.
