Wouldn't recommend, it's not a customer friendly experience. Unlike in other stores, it's hard to know the price of the couches/chairs because many either don't have a price tag, or there are too many different and confusing prices listed in the booklet they give you. Then the older salesman gets/acts offended and impolite when you ask if the price is negotiable and if the price includes delivery. Mind you, this is a normal question in furniture stores, and in every other store they answered politely.This is the sales tactics Seats and Sofas is known for, but now I found out for myself. I think it's counterproductive. I walked out. If they're like this *before* buying something, I can't imagine how they are *after* buying. Many other stores out there.
